Career advice to go, please!

by Daniela Scheuchenpflug - February 28th, 2017

I took the chance and asked different HR experts for a tip they want to share at our internal Careers Fair. Quick and easy, short and simple was the task. I always wondered how I can show that I’m really interested in a job or the company and stand out of the hundreds of other people at a Careers Fair. Furthermore if I should have a 100% fit before applying, which is often not really possible if you are freshly graduated. Here is what they recommend for interviews, Career fairs and personal development:

To sum up the advices from our HR experts I would say that preparation is key and you should definitely know who you are and what you have to offer. Even if that is not a 100% job fit you can dare to apply for a job that is challenging. You find more detailed information on the links we provided under the tips.

We are looking forward to your application and meeting you at one of our next Career Fairs. Check out our open positions at our Global Job Board.
